Transport costs
Orders will be sent by "cash on delivery" by Ceská posta. The price of an order up to 15kg will be about 150 Kč.
Minimal order 250 Kč.
Procedure of complaints
If you have any complaint, please contact us by info@holandskysyr.cz, after which we will solve the problem.
Liability provider/client
Provider garantees the quality and the right quantity of the product.
Client has to check it at delivery.
Term of complaint
The garanteed time of quality of our products is 12 days, if kept under the right conditions. Client will report complaints within one day.
Protection of data
Holandský Sýr s.r.o. will use your data only for its own use and shall not provide them to others.
